Through my own healing journey and path to self discovery I came to discover the importance of self-care. With my many years as a bodyworker/healer and my life long passion for learning about health & wellness, I have developed an insight and a unique understanding for the need to connect with our bodies and develop a self-care practice.
I invite you to explore your unique needs and self-care tools to help manage your pain, stress, anxiety and depression through personalized Wellness Coaching with me.
During your personalized, one-on-one wellness call we will discuss any pain points (headaches, lower back pain, hip pain, jaw tension, chest tension, etc.) and your mental health & wellbeing (stress, anxiety, depression). I will help you explore and discover self-care tools to help manage your concerns.
These tools may include but are not limited to: therapeutic stretches/movement, yoga ball therapy self massage techniques, assisted breathing, self-care tools, and meditation.
